“Dude Process”
Scott Lemieux, Lawyers, Guns and Money, describing how white guys get investigated when accused of crimes, or how they are investigated when applying for positions of power. They don’t get “due process.” They get “dude process,” as in, “we looked into this dude,” or, “really, this dude is a good dude who deserves to be trusted.”
It explains a lot.
