Someone on Reddit put together a very cool graphic about the returns on investment of the MCU films, based on reported production costs and box office receipt.
Iron Man and Iron Man 3 were the most successful solo films in phases 1 and 2, while Black Panther dominated phase 3. Avengers is still the most successful ensemble film based on ROI.
Really? I mean. That’s really freakin awesome if true. But I thought Antman and the Wasp was July this year(2018) and Captain Marvel was July next year(2019).
marvel is March next year I believe but the ant man is july.

Yeah–they moved both of these since announcement to make room for more movies starring white dudes.
But remember: Kevin Feige would have LOVED to do a Black Widow solo film, but he couldn’t. Because the schedule simply couldn’t be changed to fit it in! Maybe once there’s an opening in the schedule.
